• Acuity Level: Is the Client just recently out of a 5 day Detox Hospital, just off a 72 hour Psychiatric Hold, or has just completed a 90 day Residential Inpatient Program? Are there Co-Occurring issues? We sometimes work with very complicated mental health disorders (Bi-Polar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder) and might utilize a more clinically trained companion for a client such as this, or even multiple companions.

• Level of Services: While most sober companion jobs are 24/7 round the clock services, we are sometimes also called upon to provide shorter term services. Usually consisting of 12 hour stints, these are priced based on the services being provided, and as always, we take direction from the clinical team as to appropriateness.
• Length of Service: Is the job a one day transport across country, a 3 day “Re-Integration” bridge to a sober living, or a longer 30 day type of situation, on set, on tour, or at home? We offer discounts for longer engagements.
