In addition, a once a week session with your counselor is scheduled for re-evaluation and restructuring of your personal program. Whether it be intensive “boot-camp” fitness recovery or a
moderate holistic regimen; balanced living is our goal in creating your daily program. Because this program is highly personalized, any combination can be created that works for you. Family involvement will depend on the individual and established upon assessment.
